美濃企業家張吉安以捷安達公司名義捐贈全新警備車給美濃分隊使用。記者徐白櫻／攝影 分享 facebook 高雄企業家張吉安在美濃家鄉設立電子科技公司，繼14年前捐贈救災警備車後，今天又捐贈一輛全新的警備車給第六大隊美濃消防分隊使用，今天上午由高市消防局主任秘書王志平代表接受。張吉安表示，消防工最便宜開箱文作很辛苦，捐贈新車可讓舊車汰舊換新，以利救災工作。高市消防局第六大隊管轄桃源、六龜等山區救災工作，消防局警備車常需要載著勘災送禮酒推薦彌月送禮推薦人員上山下海，在救災任務中不可或缺。民國94年，美濃企業家張吉安得知需求，曾捐贈一輛救災警備車給美濃消防分隊使用。. } }); } 時隔多年，張吉安再度捐贈新車，今天上午在美濃分隊舉辦贈車儀式，立委邱議瑩、市議員朱信強等人參加。高市消防局主任秘書王志平代表美濃分隊接下新車，並頒發感謝狀感謝張吉安。新車空間寬敞，且配備先進電子產品與通訊設備，性能比舊車更優異。高市消防局主秘張志平表示，近年全球各地出現極端氣候現象，天然災害帶來的創傷非常難預期，高雄山區常有救溺與山域搜救勤務，救災警備車十分重要，感謝民間捐贈支持消防人員。張吉安事業體分布台灣、大陸兩地，目前擔任集團總裁。他表示，自高雄市區返鄉建廠15年，目前美濃有捷安達與日月光兩間科技公司，生產手機與電視零件，工廠設在家鄉，視需求照顧地方鄉親是理所當然之事，期盼新車發揮最大效益。美濃消防活動產品特價產品分隊警備車老舊，企業家張吉安（左三）時隔14年再捐新車，地方限時產品網拍熱門產品人士參加贈車儀式。記者徐白櫻／攝影 分享 facebook
同婚專法今將表決 反同團體批民進黨團「掩耳盜鈴」
立法院今天將表決同婚專法，下一代幸福聯盟在台大醫院國際會議中心召開記者會，抨擊民進黨團漠視民意，昨公告建議修正條文，將婚姻字眼改為結婚登記，等同掩耳盜鈴、自欺欺人。幸福盟理事長曾獻瑩再度向立法院喊話，說挾著700多萬民意的愛家公投僅容許用「非婚姻」保障同性共同生活，立院應推翻「舊的」大法官解釋，落實「新的」公投民意。. } }); } 幸福盟指出，去年愛家3公投平均獲得700多萬票，公投第12案要求用「民法婚姻以外之其他形式」保障同性二人共同生活之權益，公投第10案則要求「民法婚姻應限定在一男一女的結合」，綜合兩公投案主旨，若執政黨用「同性共同生活」、「同性共同生活伴侶」等「非婚姻」制度規範同性二人共同生活，在稱謂層面就沒有違反公投第12案。幸福盟表示，2017年5月做出的大法官釋字748解釋，宣告「舊」的民法婚姻規定違憲，但2018年11月24日公投第10案和第12案在民法婚姻已經產生「新」的立法原則，換言之，自此大法官解釋已無立足空間。他們說，執政黨卻宣稱大法官釋憲位階等同憲法、高於公投，因此要強推同婚法案，甚至將法案化妝，取名為《司法院釋字第748號解釋施行法》，執意用「婚姻」或「結婚」規範同性二人的共同生活關係，內容還大量「準用」民法婚姻，等於變相修改民法婚姻規定，已嚴重違反公投第10案和公投第12案精神。幸福盟喊話，到底誰才是國家的主人？是15位大法官，還是人民呢？呼籲立法院勿違背民意，否則2020將被廣大民意反撲。曾獻瑩今在記者會上，也對委員發表言論作評析，他提及國民黨委員吳志揚、孔文吉、廖國棟都認為不宜倉促立法、未比價人氣商品尊重公投民意，司法權也不該侵害立法權；對於親民黨委員周陳秀霞、李鴻鈞表達不該急就章處理爭議法案，則給予肯定。批評一向挺同的國民黨立委許毓仁是踐踏民意的立委。下一代幸福聯盟在台大醫院國際會議中心召開記者會，並轉播立院議場現況，幸福盟理事長曾獻瑩批評正在發言的國民黨立委許毓仁是一個踐踏民意的立委。記者葉冠妤／攝影 分享 facebook
