生日送禮推薦熱門產品美中貿易戰延燒下，法人點名資金點火10檔稀土概念股，推升多數個股近期股價漲勢，中釉(1809)上周股價急漲，今(27)日更在盤中及漲停13.2元，創去限時下殺團購人氣商品年8月3日以來波段高價，但在公司重訊說明稀土產品占營業額不到1%下，股價急速翻黑，盤中跌幅3.33%。中釉今日重大訊息公告指出，近日部分媒體論述本公司與稀土材料的關聯性較為誇大，為避免媒體誤導投資大眾，特此申好物分享明，稀土材料僅為本公司少數產品的微量原料，該產品營業額佔本公司營業額不到1%。. } }); } 中釉去年轉虧為盈，全年稅後純益5.6萬元；今年第1季營收4.93億元，毛利率15.02%，營業虧損0.47億元，稅後虧損0.3億元，每股虧損0.18元，法人預估首季為淡季，可望自第2季開始回升，下半年進入旺季，今年在大陸市場需求出現回溫下，營運可望好轉。美中貿易戰火下，市場傳出中國可能祭出稀土材料來反制，推升稀土概念股出現漲勢，法人點名台灣包括東元、中釉、信昌電、光洋科、金益鼎、康普、佳龍、台肥、誠美材、翔名等10檔稀土概念股受到資金追捧好用商品推薦，推升近10個交易日股價多數呈現上漲。中釉上周股價急漲，上周五漲多後收黑，以12元作收，今日以12.1元開高後一度衝上漲停13.2元，但中釉盤中重大訊息公告說明稀土材料僅是少數產品的微量原料，該產品營業額佔比不到1%，股價應聲下挫由紅翻黑，一度下滑至11.4元。中釉創波段高價後拉回，但其餘的稀土概念股今日大多守住紅盤，信昌電、光洋科、金益鼎、佳龍、東元等股都是上漲，但翔名下跌，誠美杪則在平盤附近整理。
台美推動北協更名 用詞擬納入「台灣」
北美事務協調委員會當年因中美斷交而設置，今年適逢台灣關係法立法四十周年，據了解，台美雙方正推動北協改名，擬納入台灣一詞。 記者余承翰／攝影 分享 facebook 今年是台灣關係法立法四十周年，當年因應美國與中華民國斷交而設置的「北美事務協調委員會（ＣＣＮＡＡ，簡稱北協）」也可望走入歷史。據了解，台美雙方正積極推動北協的更名，希望協調出一個彼此都能接受的新名稱，而新名稱可望加入「台灣」元素，讓這個美國在台協會的對口單位更「名實相符」。據透露，外交部長吳釗燮與美國在台協會（ＡＩＴ）處長酈英傑已針對北協更名一事多次交換意見，台美雙方也各自提出新名稱的建議清單，我方原本提出的其中一個建議名稱包含「關係（relations）」一詞，但美方有所顧慮，因此雙方持續溝通中。不過，雙方對北協新名稱有交集的部分，則是會將「台灣」納入其中。. } }); } 美國前總統卡特一九七八年十二月宣布將與我斷交，隔年一月與中共建交，美國根據台灣關係法成立ＡＩＴ、我行政院則通過設置北協，作為雙方在非官方架構下的對口機構。對於北協的名稱，曾任駐美代表、外交部長的程建人表示，當時美方擔心與中國大陸建交一事橫生枝節，因此對於我方提出任何具有中國意義的名稱一概反對，而ＣＣＮＡＡ這個名稱，台北也是在沒有太多選擇的情況下，接受美國國務院官員的建議。一九九特惠組合限量不等人的四年九月柯林頓政府完成對台政策檢討，其中將我駐華府的北協駐美辦事處改名為「台北駐美國經濟文化代表處（ＴＥＣＲＯ）」，簡稱駐美代表處，但位於台北的北協總部名稱至今未變。資深外交官員表示，北協在當年ＡＩＴ一切「按規矩來」的時期，的確扮演雙方聯繫的主要管道，但隨著美台關係逐漸好轉，ＡＩＴ官員已直接和我外交部官員打交道，不再透過北協這個白手套，因此北協的功能日益弱化，僅存象徵性的意義，目前主要以處理行政庶務為主，對美政務多由外交部負責。駐美代表處前官員、淡江大學戰略研究所副教授黃介正表示，如果一九九四年一併更改北協的名稱，相信並不會引起兩岸的危機，如今推動北協的更名，如果不考慮選舉操作、不考慮美國打台灣牌，單純就過去四十年台美在無邦交情況下維繫有成就的關係，把北協正式送入歷史，以更能凸顯能見度的名稱，相信能受到台灣人民廣泛歡迎，但不代表台美關係有重大本質變化，畢竟雙方還是非官方關係。
